This Fairtrade coffee is nutty and chocolatey. It is made from organic beans that are grown at extreme elevations in the heartland of Incas which is the Andes. It has an elegant, rich flavor with overtones that are similar to the finest dark chocolate.
This is a whole bean coffee and suitable for any filter, pump or manual cafetiere coffee machines. A 227g bag typically makes 30 cups of coffee.
Organic
The chocolatey, nutty flavors of this coffee originate from its high altitude home in the Inca heartland. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association certified coffee is grown at 1,400 metres above sea level in the Chanchamayo province of Peru where Arabica Caturra, Typica and Pache varieties are grown according to Washed Process standards without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
Organic and Fair Trade coffee beans are carefully selected in the foothills of the Andes, then carefully roasted to create a full-bodied taste. The nutty flavours combined with dark chocolate overtones will get you out of bed every morning.
